Discrimination laws should not be based on a CHOICE...they should be based on genetics. And no one on here has shown me one shred of proof that being gay is genetic.

Even if it were genetic(which it is not) it doesn't excuse the choice you still have to act upon your urge. Someone could be born with a genetic defect which causes them to become uncontrollably angry. They are still not excused from their actions if they go beserk and assault a bystander.
No one said it was the same thing...but based on the premise of your argument it is comparable. And does legal equal morally right?..and i'm still waiting for the difference between why gays are treated one way for their choice and nudists are treated another way.
There are many groups who have helped a multitude of homosexuals leave that particular lifestyle. To my knowledge, none of these groups have had to resort to gene splicing to accomplish it.
